Acceptance

By using Sayable, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

These terms apply to the Sayable web app, the Sayable iOS app, and any related account, subscription, transcription, scoring, or support surface operated for Sayable.

What Sayable is

Sayable is a speech-practice app. You pick a prompt, record yourself, receive a transcript, and get delivery feedback based on that transcript.

The app is designed for practice and self-review. Scores are feedback signals, not professional advice, clinical evaluation, or a guarantee of performance in any real-world setting.

Account

You need an account to save reps and use authenticated features. One account is for one person. You are responsible for access to your sign-in email and for activity that happens through your account.

If you delete your account, Sayable follows the soft-delete and 30-day purge process documented in Privacy.md. That privacy document is the source of truth for retention, export, deletion, and overlapping data handling details.

Acceptable use

Use Sayable only for lawful speech-practice activity. Do not use it to impersonate another person, harass or abuse others, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls.

Do not scrape, crawl, or automate bulk access to the app without written permission from TeahouseAI LLC. Do not abuse the recording, transcription, or scoring surfaces with spam, load tests, malicious files, or attempts to extract system prompts, private data, or infrastructure details.

Subscription and payments

Sayable may offer paid subscriptions. Web checkout is processed through Stripe. iOS in-app purchase is processed through Apple StoreKit.

Refunds follow the policies and review processes of the payment channel used for the purchase. Stripe handles web payment refunds. Apple handles iOS in-app purchase refunds. Sayable does not process refunds outside those channels.

Prices, billing periods, trial periods, cancellation controls, and renewal details are shown in the relevant checkout or purchase confirmation surface before purchase.

Termination

You may stop using Sayable at any time. You may delete your account at any time using the account deletion flow described in Privacy.md.

TeahouseAI LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create operational risk, abuse the service, or use the app in a way that could harm other users, Sayable, or its infrastructure.

Disclaimers

Sayable is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.

TeahouseAI LLC does not guarantee that Sayable will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time. TeahouseAI LLC does not guarantee transcript accuracy, score accuracy, recommendation quality, or that Sayable is suitable for clinical speech therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional coaching.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, TeahouseAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruptions.

For any claim related to Sayable, TeahouseAI LLC's total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Sayable in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits on liability. In those places, the limit applies only to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Sayable is operated by TeahouseAI LLC. References to Sayable in these terms mean the app, service, and related account surfaces operated by TeahouseAI LLC.

Changes to these terms

TeahouseAI LLC may update these terms as Sayable changes. The Last updated date above is the canonical version marker.

For material changes, Sayable will provide notice by email to the address on the account. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
