This is the model withdrawal form set out in Annex I(B) to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union (or in a jurisdiction that grants an equivalent statutory right of withdrawal), you may use this form to withdraw from your Sayable subscription within the 14-day cooling-off period described in Section 5 of the Refund Policy. You are not required to use this form — a clear statement of withdrawal sent to support@sayable.work is equally effective.

How to send this form
Send the completed form — or any other clear statement of withdrawal that identifies you, references your subscription, and expresses your decision to withdraw — to support@sayable.work before the 14-day cooling-off period expires. Referencing your account email and the date of the charge helps us process the withdrawal quickly.
After we receive your notice we will refund the payment received from you as described in Section 5 of the Refund Policy (proportionally reduced for the portion of the subscription period already supplied where you asked us to begin performance immediately, as the checkout flow does).
